I hope you will read each and every word on this particular page of my site. It is by far and away my most favorite page and it makes me really look forward to each and every real estate closing I am a part of.  Besides the obvious of being my payday for the work I have done for my clients, you closing on your dream home, your first home, whatever the case may be it also allows me to give back and to help someone, somewhere have a better day or hope for the future.  After closing on a property with you we will sit down together and pick out a charitable organization of your choice (or from one of these awesome organizations I have listed below) and I will contribute 10% of my commission on the spot.  It all adds up, whether it is a $250 contribution or a $2,500 contribution, but one on top the other over time can make a true difference in someone’s way of life, a dream for a terminally ill child or the hope of better days ahead for someone else. I want to personally thank you ahead of time for considering me to help you in your real estate endeavor and someone out there you will probably never meet thanks you too!!!
