I want to thank you for taking the time to visit my website and have a look around. As you can tell by the theme of my site I love to travel to sun-soaked destinations with my family. I have been married to my beautiful wife Trang (pronounced Chang) for 12 awesome years and we have 2 incredibly precious children Malia 8, and Luke 5. I am a native of Colorado and grew up in Golden through high school and then moved to Fort Collins in 1989 to start college at CSU where I received a degree in Business Finance. I enjoyed a fantastic sales career for 10 years at Dex Media here in Fort Collins where I won multiple President's Circle of Excellence Awards for all-around sales and customer service performance. I began dabbling as a real estate investor several years back. I have always loved real estate and eventually came to the point where I could transition full time as an investor and work for myself buying and selling real estate. I wanted the freedom to set my own hours and have the ability to be with my small children when I wanted to be with them. I have the best schedule anyone could ask for!!! I have a unique perspective on the real estate market as an actual investor and agent in both so called "good and bad markets" and regardless of what is talked about in the media I know from my own experience real estate has ALWAYS been great to me!
